





To make an easy chicken noodle soup, heat a little olive oil or butter in a pot and cook chopped onion, sliced carrots, and sliced celery until they soften. Add minced garlic for a few seconds, then pour in chicken broth and bring it to a gentle simmer.
Stir in egg noodles and cook until they're tender then add shredded cooked chicken and let it warm through. Season with salt and pepper and finish with a squeeze of lemon or a bit of parsley if you want extra brightness.
