Ají de Atún

Ingredients

  • 1 red onion
  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 6-8 bread rolls (French or sandwich bread)
  • Milk
  • Potato
  • Rice

Preparation

Brown the diced onion and minced garlic with salt, pepper, and the tomato paste.

Soak the bread in a bit of water and blend everything together with the aderezo. In the pot, add the tuna and milk until it reaches the consistency you want.

Serve with rice and potato.
