Arroz Chaufa

Ingredients

  • Day-old rice
  • Chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, or shiitake
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
  • Scallion

Preparation

Brown and cook the protein with salt and pepper, then set aside.

In the same skillet, add the finely grated ginger, then add the beaten egg and cook.

Add the rice and brown briefly.

Season with soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar.

Stir in the previously cooked protein and chopped scallion.
