








Cut the beef into strips or medium cubes, season with salt and pepper, and in a pan, sauté them with oil over very high heat for 2 to 3 minutes, then set aside.
In the same pan, add a splash of oil and sauté the onion in wedges, the ají in strips, and the chopped garlic for 1 minute. Add the beef back in, then add soy sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper, and finally the onion. Cook for 2 more minutes and turn off the heat, then add parsley cut in chiffonade.
Serve alongside rice and french fries.
