Torrejitas de Atún

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of oats
  • ½ onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lime
  • Tomato (optional)
  • Carrot (optional)
  • Scallion (optional)

Preparation

Mix the tuna with the finely diced onion and the egg. Add oats until you reach the desired consistency.

Fry into medium-sized rounds (or the size you prefer).

Serve with lime and ají to taste.
